The Tiramisu at bar Milano is very creamy and moist — the authentic kind of tiramisu you can find in Italy. A lot of tiramisu you find in local restaurants has a slight “cakey” texture. This one is silky and smooth with a balanced taste of fragrant bitterness from the coffee. Definitely a perfect dish for those who do not like their desserts to be too sweet.

L’Artelier Tiramisu
If you are looking for a place that serves the one and only classic Tiramisu, it’s L’Artelier Tiramisu. This cosy little space nestled in the basement of The Central at Clarke Quay puts 100% focus into their Tiramisu. That means that they pretty much have some of the most authentic and delicious Tiramisu cake in Singapore.
Their Tiramisu comes in an assortment of different flavours, 7 to be exact. Aside from the bittersweet Classico Tiramisu, we spy other interesting flavours as well! They have a Matcha Tiramisu for the ultimate Matcha lovers. The interesting combination of the Lavender Earl Grey Tiramisu caught our attention too. Subtle floral notes of the lavender petals and unique flavour of earl grey tea that are infused into the cake definitely brings the it to a whole new level. Other flavours include Lychee, Dark Cherry, Brûlée and Pistachio.

Supply and Demand has a modern menu inspired by the simple fares of the Italian cuisine. Eclectic as they might be, they still serve really authentic Italian fares like pizzas, pastas and calzones. But we’ll be putting our full attention on their S&D Italian Style Tiramisu in this article!
The Tiramisu is of course, the signature dessert on their menu. It’s freshly handmade with fresh ingredients like egg yolks, Italian mascarpone cheese and two different kinds of liqueur to ensure that you get that ultimate Tiramisu experience! Definitely not for the faint hearted.

2am Dessert Bar is the creation of Chef Janice Wong – one of the best pastry chefs in Asia. She learned her pastry making skills with some of the the most widely acclaimed chefs in the world like Spanish chocolatier Oriol Balaguer and French pastry chef Pierre Hermé.
We’re so thrilled to see Janice Wong’s rendition of the classic Italian cake on 2am Dessert Bar’s menu. Her version of tiramisu is definitely not a classic one. But hold on, that’s not a bad thing! This tiramisu looks deconstructed and served with Kahlua jelly and a scoop of espresso ice cream. Using Kahlua instead of the usual liqueur definitely gives the dessert a pleasantly unusual but familiar taste.

We’ve featured Da Paolo Dempsey and raved about their pastas and pizzas over here, but here is another article dedicated to their signature Tiramisu! We’d recommend it to all the first timers at this modern Italian restaurant because it’s just that good.
