Aside from their famed Baked Salted Egg Custard Bun, make sure you order those really traditional dim sum dishes as well! What’s dim sum without some siew mai (steamed pork and shrimp dumpling), har gao (steamed shrimp dumping), chee cheong fun (steamed rice rolls) and radish cake?

Min Jiang is an award-winning oriental restaurant featured in the Michelin Guide that serves up some of the best and premium Sichuan and Cantonese dishes in Singapore.
