To celebrate the new season, Executive Pastry Chef Audrey Yee has created a Golden Kumquat Tart — a beautiful piece that will definitely be the center of attention. Meticulously sliced kumquats sits atop a luxurious vanilla infused cream and almond frangipane, all enwrapped within a crisp vanilla tart. This citrusy treat is so refreshing, it is perfect as a post-dinner dessert.

This year, Capitol Kempinski’s flagship restaurant, 15 Stamford by Alvin Leong, has unveiled a Chinese Lunar Takeaway menu with both classic and modern takes on the traditional CNY dishes.
