Regent Singapore

Regent Singapore had teamed up Basilico and Manhattan — their in-house Italian restaurant and grand hotel bar to create their own unique spin of the Mid-Autumn staple.

Basilico worked around Italian ingredients like Amarena cherries, Sicilian pistachios and sweet dried figs. The end result is a tempting Pistachio, Fig and Amarena Cherry snowskin mooncake. This combination is nothing we’ve heard of, but is definitely a pleasant one. Also, check out the Double Espresso and Almond Marzipan snowskin mooncake — savouring this one is akin to spending slow afternoons over at an Italian coffee bar.

Cocktail lovers are going to fall in love with the Macapuno Mooncake — created by Sophia Kang, the head bartender of Manhattan. This tropical dream is made with a combination of Plantation Rum, Spiced coconut and Yuzu.
