Bodegas Arraez, a family-run winery in Font de la Figuera, Valencia, boasts a rich history spanning over 67 years. Established by Antonio Arráez Garrigós in 1950, the winery has evolved through three generations, each contributing to its modern yet tradition-respecting ethos. Under the current leadership of Toni Arráez Calabuig since 2007, the winery embraces a contemporary, audacious approach while honoring its heritage. Located in the Terres Dels Alforins, the vineyards benefit from a Mediterranean-Continental microclimate and poor soils ideal for quality grape cultivation. The winery’s 30 hectares, complemented by additional grapes from local growers, feature both old goblet vines and young trellised ones. Native varieties such as Monastrell, Tempranillo, Garnacha Tintorera, Verdil, and Moscatel thrive alongside international varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Bodegas Arraez is known for its creative freedom, reflected in both the innovative wine styles and striking label designs, producing authentic, high-quality wines with a bold, youthful spirit.
