The White Rabbit
The White Rabbit needs no further introduction – but this place is so beautiful with exceptional services that we can’t help but feature them. This ultra gorgeous dining location was established in 2008 in a restored 1930s chapel on Dempsey Hill. Known for combining the European classics furnishings – high beams, beautiful stained glass windows and modern furnishings, this stunning restaurant is definitely going to make your heart skip a beat.
Their menu is a tribute to classic European cuisine. The traditional fare is specially curated by the team at The White Rabbit and tastes the best when complement by the fine wines they offer. Treat yourself and your dining partner with some starters. The Wagyu Carpaccio ($26) is served with a side of flavourful fried Brussels sprouts, topped with shaved parmesan and truffle cream. Pair it with another starter that’s more refreshing – the Burratina Salad ($23). This combination of tomato-watermelon tartare, Jerusalem artichoke chips and pea tendrils is light, refreshing and pleasing to the palate.
For the mains, try the King Crab Linguine ($52) – freshly made pasta cooked with flavourful crustacean oil and fine herbs. Do not miss out their dessert menu because you’re gonna regret it. Their intricate desserts are definitely worth a try. Give the Warm Chocolate Tart ($18) a go! Served with poached pears, granola and brown butter ice cream, it’s so intense and full of different flavours but you’ll be in for a great, pleasant surprise.

They work with local farmers to showcase the locally sourced and fresh seasonal produces. You’ll be tasting the freshest, and most ethical produces proudly supplied by our lovely local farmers! The starters are already sounding really delicious. Try the Wild Caught Baby Octopus Salad ($20) to begin your appetite with a refreshing note. The Local Pekin Duck Rillette ($20) with roselle jam, hibiscus and house sourdough is their awesome rendition of the classic Peking Duck.
With the mains designed to serve 2 people, that means you can have more desserts afterwards. They have dishes that comes in vegan, vegetarian and even gluten free options – so not to worry, because there is something for everyone! The seafood lovers should totally get the Tiberias Barramundi ($36). Since you’re already there, why not order some sides to share? Get the Cauliflower Wings ($16)! This vegan dish is glazed with tamarind miso, then topped with sesame. It’s like the American-style buffalo wings but is a much flavourful and healthier choice!
Don’t forget desserts because they have some pretty, super gorgeous and yummy ones! Roses for Chocolate (16) is a must order for the ladies. It’s roselle jam, sorbet, chocolate mousse topped with crumble – super aesthetically pleasing. A fan of S’mores? Get the Singa’Smore ($16) – banana tort served with tamarind fudge with caramelised sourdough ice cream on the side. An ultimate flavour burst!

Prepping for a perfect museum date but have no idea about where to get a romantic dinner? Well, you can find this amazing Italian restaurant by Michelin Star Chef Beppe De Vito hidden within Singapore’s very own National Gallery. Definitely an artistic addition to that perfect date.
We are loving how the chef executes and presents his food. Letting the ingredients take the lead in the creative process allows the intricate food to draw inspirations from the chef’s Italian heritage.
For the appetisers, we are loving the White Asparagus, Balsamico Tradizionale, Smoked Beetroot and Spring Radishes ($32). These fresh stem and root vegetables works amazingly with the Balsamic dressing. Start your mains with the Organic Beef Tenderloin, Green Asparagus, Bagna Càuda and Bone Marrow Sauce ($58). If you’re looking for something lighter on the palate, give the Seabass, Turnips, Colatura and Green Apple Sauce ($55) a go.
If your perfect end to the meal is a rich and chocolate-y dessert, get the Gianduja Chocolate, Hazelnut Gelato, Espresso and Marsala ($18) and you are not gonna leave this place feeling disappointed.

Vineyard is a French-Italian restaurant with a “garden-to-table” concept nestled amidst the lush greeneries of Hortpark. For those who are looking for that rustic country experience away from the hustle and bustle of the city life, you’ll love this place.
We’d recommend starting your meal with their appetiser. The Charcuterie & Cheese Board is an extensive array of different cheeses and cold cuts served with warm toasted bread. This is so good for sharing and so delicious that it’s definitely gonna please everyone at the able. For mains, the French Duck Leg Confit looks like a great choice. The tender duck leg is served atop some creamy sweet potato mash, kale, mushroom, earthy chestnut that complements the taste of the duck leg really well and topped with an amazing Tamarind Gastrique sauce. They have lots of different pastas and pizzas for you to choose from as well – if you’re craving an Italian fare.
Don’t forget their desserts too! Their signature – the Italian Tiramisu is a wholesome dessert with Kahlua Espresso Soaked Sponge with a Bailey infused Mascarpone cream. We love their Tea Poached Seasonal Pear for it’s innovativeness. The pear is poached in Camomile Tea and served with lime jelly, almond flakes and red dates.

We can all agree that Chijmes is a great dining location with beautiful lightings, surroundings, super wonderful ambiance and lots of awesome restaurants. Carnivore Brazilian Churrascaria is one of them. Their concept of Brazilian barbecue is a pretty novel one in Singapore. They serve their food buffet-style with over 15 hot and cold salads, appetisers, traditional dishes and soups along with their rotisserie-roasted meats. This restaurant is definitely gonna satisfy that carnivore in you!
They have lots of meats for you to choose from – all cooked different styles. The different styles of beef they serve include the Rump Cap, Beef Rump, our favourite barbecue short ribs and Spicy Brisket. Aside from beef, they have the Boneless Leg of Lamb, Chicken, Butterfish, and Pork too! Remember to also check out their salad bars for some Brazilian specialties like the famous Feijoada (meat and bean stew) and Brazilian Garlic Rice.
