| In the XVII century, in the middle of the north-west of the Apulian Murgia, most precisely in place called "Torrevento", one of the best example of monastery, all made in stone, has been built. In 1948, the family Liantonio bought this building (monastery+cellar+57 hectares of surrounding vineyards) and moved in this monastery-cellar their business that started in 1920 in Palo del Colle with their father: production and trade and wine. The company policy always aims to recover the Apulian winery tradition, to increase the value of the region and its traditional products. |
| Color: Deep ruby red with marked purple glints.                                                                                                                                                Aroma:  Intense, full and fragrant bouquet, with notes of raspberries, blueberries, wild cherries, cinnamon, sage and tobacco leaf.                                                                      Palate:  POn the palate, it has a lots of dark fruit and a slightly herby character. Elegant and vibrant with velvety smooth tannins.                          |
