| In the XVII century, in the middle of the north-west of the Apulian Murgia, most precisely in place called 'Torrevento', one of the best example of monastery, all made in stone, has been built. In 1948, the family Liantonio bought this building (monastery+cellar+57 hectares of surrounding vineyards) and moved in this monastery-cellar their business that started in 1920 in Palo del Colle with their father: production and trade and wine. The company policy always aims to recover the Apulian winery tradition, to increase the value of the region and its traditional products. |

Color: Impenetrable ruby color with purple reflections.                                                                                                                                          Aroma: Full and persistent bouquet of black berry fruit with hints of spicy.                                                                                                                                                                  Palate:  Full-bodied and dense on the palate with great fullness and final fruity, thanks to a perfect aging in large oak barrels.              |
