| In the XVII century, in the middle of the north-west of the Apulian Murgia, most precisely in place called "Torrevento", one of the best example of monastery, all made in stone, has been built. In 1948, the family Liantonio bought this building (monastery+cellar+57 hectares of surrounding vineyards) and moved in this monastery-cellar their business that started in 1920 in Palo del Colle with their father: production and trade and wine. The company policy always aims to recover the Apulian winery tradition, to increase the value of the region and its traditional products. |
| Color: Ruby red verging on garnet after brief ageing.                                                                                                                                                    Aroma:  Fruity notes of bitter orange and cherries under alchool, together with spicy sensations of cinnamon and fresh hints of mint.                                                              Palate:  Pleasant, full-bodied, well balanced, sapid. Red fruits, marasca cherry, licorice, spicy notes with rich with great structure.                          |
