Profile:
A full and flavour some red bottle that is intensely dark. Aromas of red fruits and strawberries fill the nose. On the palate, ripe fruits are balanced with fine tannins and fresh acidity. Ends with a fresh, lingering and juicy finish.

What’s In It: 38% Aragones, 27% Alicante Bouschet, 17% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Touriga Nacional, 04% Syrah, 03% Petit Verdot
How It Was Made:
Hand harvested from yield reduced vineyards. Grapes are hand sorted on conveyor belts. Fermented in steel tanks. Matured for 24 months in 25% new and 75% used french oak barrels. No fining, unfiltered.
