| Our history and that of the "Muntagna" came together in 2007, when the Tascante project was born: Tasca and Etna. First and foremost it represents the exact synthesis of our idea of a vineyard on the highest volcano in Europe, Mount Etna. A force of nature in its primordial state.  TASTING NOTE |
Color: Straw-yellow with green hues
Aroma: Citrusy and minerally with lemon grass, lemon/lime, and light stone fruits
Palate: Some very unique flavors such as celery and dried mint to go along with the volcanic minerality and salty acidity
