How It Was Made:

​Seedlip Spice 94 is crafted through a meticulous process that begins with individually macerating each botanical—including allspice berries, cardamom, oak bark, cascarilla bark, grapefruit peel, and lemon peel—in a mixture of neutral grain spirit and water. Each botanical undergoes separate distillation in copper pot stills to extract its unique flavors. After distillation, the alcohol is removed, and the resulting distillates are blended together. The final product is then preserved with potassium sorbate and acidified with citric acid, resulting in a non-alcoholic spirit that is sugar-free, calorie-free, and free from artificial flavors.
