How It Was Made:
Always considered the most traditional of the area’s whites, Colli Martani Grechetto DOC is a wine of particular depth, capable of combining structure and momentum with great charm. After the harvest, it is vinified and is left to mature for a short time in steel tanks in order to preserve its natural flavor. After that, it rests in the bottle another 2 months before being marketed.
