After crushing, the grapes undergo a thermal shock followed by foot walking for four hours in granite winches. The wort is transferred to small capacity wine cellars with temperature control. The grapes are vinified separately. Setting in French oak barrels.
Nose deep, complex, with many aromatic nuances, without any aroma overlapping another. In the proof it is vibrant, in a set of great elegance, excellent integration of the wood, surprising by the great variety of flavors, with a very long finish.
