| Careful definition of the vintage date, which was followed by the vinification process on open spout, preceded by a static decantation of the must for 48 hours. The fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 18 / 19ºC. Fermented and aged in French Oak for 6 months. |
| Citrine yellow color with slightly greenish, young and clean appearance. On the nose, after a slightly closed start, it shows, with elegance, notes of citrus fruit, fresh lime, light floral and very well connected barrel notes. In the mouth it shows a beautiful citrus acidity, with some volume and softness, and a persistent finish. |
