The Pink Gin was first popularised by the British Royal Navy as a remedy for sea sickness in colonial Malaya. The Brass Lion Pahit Pink Gin is a take on this classic drink, with a distinctively Singaporean twist. Combining Brass Lion Singapore Bitters with The Singapore Dry Gin, the result is a full-bodied spiced gin. The Singapore Bitters contain familiar Asian super foods like Goji Berries and Red Dates. Ingredients like Mandarin Peels, Roselle, Hawthorn Berries (and more) are also included in the mix to create this spiced bitters.
