Profile:
Colour: Old gold. Nose: Generous, concentrated. Superb notes of candied citrus (orange, mandarin), lavender honey, and hints of melon showcase the complexity of the first nose. Floral (violet, lilac), the aromatic palette then reveals elegant fragrances of beeswax and pine resin. Palate: Firm, powerful. Purposeful, the palate entry is both exotic (mango, guava), velvety, and finely chocolaty (cocoa powder). Indulgent, the mid-palate invites you to savor a delicious quince jelly and freshly picked raspberries. Finish: Long, silky. Naturally, the start of the finish is tenderly malty while new flowers (cornflower, carnation) diffuse their subtle and captivating fragrances. The end of the palate deliciously restores the rich texture of morning porridge.
