Albino Rocca - Barbaresco "Angelo" DOCG 2018
Red Wine from Piemonte, Italy
“Angelo” is a special Barbaresco to our family, one in which we have dedicated in memory to our father Angelo. We first started to produce this wine in 2013 with the assembly of grapes produced in the many Nebbiolo vineyards cultivated in Barbaresco and San Rocco Seno d'Elvio. The vinification happens in a vertical oak fermenter, and will undergo an extended maceration with a submerged cap for a futher 50 days. This process will generate a traditional, rich and pleasant wine. 2017 - Falstaff: 93points 2016 - Falstaff: 92 points 2015 - Falstaff: 95points 2014 - Falstaff: 93points.
