On the menu are different kinds of pastas made by their in-house chef, Alessandro Giustetti. Fresh pastas are prepared from scratch daily, made fresh using a mix of semolina and ‘00’ flours, whole eggs, egg yolks, water amongst other ingredients.
We love the fresh, simple taste of their Linguine alla Vongole – just clams, garlic, chilli tossed with their handmade pastas. If you are looking or something that is really hearty, get the Tagliatelle! It’s tossed with their 24-hours braised beef ragu so you’re gonna get that fragrant taste of the tender beef, herbs and spices all coated onto the classic Tagliatelle.
Also, cheer up your taste buds with regional Italian dishes that include Whipped Buffalo Milk Ricotta, Taglieri di Salumi and end your meal with a sweet note with the Sicilian Cannolo.

Forlino is definitely a familiar name for the seasoned Italian food lovers. This beautiful Italian restaurant attracts the foodies with their dainty Mediterranean cuisines together with a ravishing view of the gorgeous Marina Bay skyline. Their exquisite Italian-style dishes like lamb cutlet, truffles and tiramisu are definitely going to please both your palate and the eyes.
For the starters, you aren’t gonna resist their Tarte Flambee – an oven-baked flatbread topped with smoked bacon and caramelised onions! So good for sharing! Also, try the foie gras terrine that comes with some extremely buttery brioche and a side of apple confit. In lieu of the Circuit Breaker measures, they’ve also introduced a “Chef at Home” gourmet meal series where you can have your food delivered chilled or frozen. Just heat them up whenever you want it! Get the traditional Poulet Basquaise which is a chicken stew filled with a full-sized spring chicken with plump tomatoes, peppers and traditional Italian spices.

A special on bar Milano’s menu is the Napoli’s Pizza, also known as “Pizza of the People” when translated into English. This fried pizza is a cult favourite of the natives of Naples In Italy.
