Profile:
Intense purple colour. Rosemary, thyme and lavender on the nose with subtle hints of leather. Full palate with black plums and blue berries. Chewy, juicy, ripe tannins that linger.
What’s In It: 100% Shiraz/Syrah
How It Was Made:
12 Months in 35% new wood, 25% second fill, 25% third fill and 15% French oak barrels. Two rackings during wood maturation. Thereafter bottled without filtering or fining. Natural deposits may therefore be found in the bottle.
