What’s In It: 100% Pinot Noir
How It Was Made:
The grapes are hand-harvested in wicker baskets, then sorted and destemmed at the winery. Fermentation takes place in open oak vats with manual punch-downs to extract color and flavor. After 12–15 days, the wine is drained, pressed, and blended. It is then aged 10–12 months in French oak barrels (10% new), undergoing malolactic fermentation to preserve Pinot Noir’s delicate character.
