The Cottage Block embodies Woodstock's rich winemaking heritage and is named after the historic cottage that once stood on our vineyard as home to generations of Collett's.Nurtured in the cooler, elevated areas of McLaren Vale, this full bodied wine is crafted from old vines that yield concentrated flavours of blackcurrants, sweet plums and choc mint, enriched by structured tannins.

How It Was Made:
Crafted from low-yielding old-vines in cooler elevated sites; destemmed and crushed into stainless steel fermenters, fermented (~5 days) with twice-daily pump‑overs for balanced tannin extraction, then matured ~14 months in a mix of new and seasoned American and French oak hogsheads for softness and complexity
