Manual harvesting. Transport of grapes in boxes. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in stainless steel vat at a temperature between 26ºC and 28ºC. Staging in used French oak casks during a short time.
Intense fruity aroma. Harmonious in the mouth. Tannins very round and bulky. In the end of the mouth is well-marked, fresh and powerful.
