Manual harvest for 20 kg boxes. Pre-fermentative cold maceration with treading on foot for 2 days. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control, long maceration after fermentation. Pressing in vertical press. Aging for 12 months in new 300L liter French oak barrels.
Intense ruby color. Aromas of blue fruits, black plum, some spice like black pepper and nutmeg, notes of black tea and some floral. In the mouth it is quite full-bodied, with an excellent tannin structure, very well integrated wood, balanced by an intense and prolonged minerality and freshness, and high acidity that persists in the aftertaste.
