The Pinot Noirt grapes are fermented in medium-sized stainless steel vats with temperature control. A minimum remontage is used to ensure gentle extraction. After fermentation, 50% of the wine aged in used French oak barrels for a period of 8 months. Finally, the wine remains in stainless steel until the final blend.
Wine of intense ruby color. Aromas of black cherry, violets and hints of vanilla. Very full bodied on the palate, causing a feeling of lightness due to the freshness of the flavors, ripeness of tannins and lively acidity. End of intense and long aftertaste.
