The bunches are harvested manually and transported in 20 kg boxes to the cellar, where they are trodden on foot and left to ferment for 5-7 days.
Intense grenade color and aromas of black fruit, plum jam, mint, spices and typical floral notes of violets and white flowers from Touriga Nacional. Very balanced and rich, reveals a surprising freshness, good structure, lush, firm tannins, which ensures its longevity. Despite its great guard potential, it is delicious in its youth.
