Since 2001 we have had the honour and pleasure of toasting the artists who have participated in our venture at the annual unveiling. This wine gives you the flavour of ripe apricots and apples, balanced by the right amount of acidity.

Profile:

Fruity and fresh with scents of lime, mint and peach, combined with a spicy vanilla note and freshly broken white bread.

Yellow fruity at the start, then a broad flow with ripe stone fruits, figs and a fine spiciness.

How It Was Made:

VINIFICATION AND MATURATION

after a delicate pressing of the whole grapes, alcoholic

fermentation and maturation take place in stainless

steel containers for 6 months
