White Wine from Terra Alta, Catalonia, Spain
This unoaked white granache is lovely and well balanced wine. There is a touch of wild yeast fermentation that adds a twist to traditional wine making methods. The combination of innovative wine making with dry farming, low yields and low sulphites provides a wine that is familiar yet different.
