For more than 10 generations, the family of Diaz Bayo devoted themselves fully into cultivating the best vineyard for wine production. Production of Diaz Bayo's wines are carried out using both traditional and innovative methods, without nasty chemicals and synthetic fertilisers. They provide consumers with wines that are made using the most natural methods that best reflect the characteristics of the terroir.
Profile:
Intense red cherry. Powerful tears that stain the glass. Black fruits with balsamic and minerals aromas due to its terroir. Coffee, cocoa and liquorice hints. Powerful, tasty and fleshy. Full and nice in the mouth. Black ripe fruit notes over the Crianza notes.

How It Was Made:
Soil: Clayey-calcareous soil.
Harvest: Hand-picked harvesting.
Vinification: 100% de-stemmed grapes. Fermentation under controlled temperature in French Oak tanks. Aged 15 months in American-French oak barrels. Aged 20 months in French oak barrels. Aged 18 months in bottle.
Estate: El Miron, El Gallo, Las Fuenes Vejas.
Age of vineyards: 70 years.
Altitude of vineyards: 900 meters.
