How It Was Made:
Harvest: Manual harvesting.
Vinification: 100% destemmed grapes, Maceration for 25 days with two daily pump-overs.
Aging: 12 months in American and French oak barrels.
Hand picked from the plot of Llanoluengo , Valtierre, vines are an average age 40 years.
Clayey-calcareous soil and at an altitude of 680 meters.
