How It Was Made:

Viticulture: Organically farmed vineyards located on stony, limestone-rich soils in Gigondas' elevated terrain. Hand-harvested grapes to ensure optimal ripeness and grape integrity.

Vinification: Traditional fermentation in concrete and stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. Gentle extraction techniques to preserve fruit purity and avoid over-extraction.

Aging: Aged in a combination of concrete vats and large neutral oak barrels (foudres) for several months. Minimal filtration to retain natural character and structure.
