Terra do Zambujeiro Tinto Magnum 2016 is a full-bodied red wine from Borba, Alentejo, Portugal, crafted from a blend of 49% Alicante Bouschet, 20% Touriga Nacional, 18% Petit Verdot, and 13% Cabernet Sauvignon. It offers opulent aromas of dark fruit, roses, violets, dried orange peel, smoke, mint, and creme de cassis. The palate is solid and dense, with fine-grained tannins and a beautifully balanced, long finish. Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels (25% new, 75% used), this wine is unfiltered and unfined, ensuring purity and depth. Ideal for pairing with meat dishes, pasta, or enjoying on its own. Best consumed between 2020 and 2028.
Profile:
An iconic red with intensity and lots of structure. It displays plenty of dark fruit, opulent scents of roses and violets, dried orange peel, hints of smoke, mint, and creme de cassis. Solid and dense, finegrained tannins, beautiful balance, lots of delicious fruit-extract, extremely long in finish.

How It Was Made:
Hand harvested from yield reduced vineyards. Grapes are hand sorted on conveyor belts. Fermented in steel tanks. Matured for 24 months in 25% new and 75% used french oak barrels. No fining, unfiltered.
