| In the aroma citrus fruits such as lime are very present, nuances of white fruit and slight vegetable notes, in a set in which the almost imperceptible wood confers complexity. In the mouth stands out the good volume, freshness and structure, allied to the wood very well married, in a long finish. It is a subtle and gastronomic white, in which the fermentation with the autochthonous yeasts comes to exalt the D√£o terroir. |
