Herdade do Rocim Fresh from Amphora Red is the result of a partnership between Herdade do Rocim and Niepoort, making an approach to the Nat’Cool concept and to its philosophy of relaxed and easy to drink wines. Vinification in clay pots and with no temperature control. The ancestral way to make such wine was fully respected. Fermentation took place using indigenous yeasts and with no addition or correction of must. Ageing for two months of skin contact inside the amphora.
Very light ruby color, earthy and vegetable nose with fresh fruit. Very light and harmonious.
