Profile:

Citric color. High aromatic intensity with a variety of floral notes, aromas of citrus fruits such as lemon and lime. Long and intense aftertaste, with a marked freshness and minerality.

Acidity: 7.0 g/l

Food Pairing: Grilled fish, vegetarian food, seafood pasta and salad dishes

What’s In It: Loureiro 85%, Alvarinho 15%

How It Was Made:

Soil: Granitic.

Harvest: By hand in 15 Kg cases.

Vinification: The grapes were cooled down to 5ºC, followed by gentle destemming and skin maceration at low temperature for a few hours After pressing, the must was clarified by decanting and fermented at a controlled temperature of 16ºC, keeping the wine on fine lees for a long period of time.
