A Trincadeira Nao E Tao Preta 2019
Red Wine from Alentejo, Portugal
Typical Alentejo variety, the black Trincadeira (sin. Tinta Amarela) with a thin and fragile film, causes it to rot if it rains and to pass through at high temperatures. This “Trincadeira” was harvested at the possible point, with a focus on its fresh fruit side. A breeze of Alentejo freshness that was lost, but that was always here after all. The Trincadeira ... is not that Black after all!
Fragile garnet-ruby color, nose with notes of wet forest, mushroom and spicy, with very soft herbal touches. In the mouth it is very fresh, very structured and of medium texture.
