How It Was Made:

Harvesting: Hand-harvested in September–October, with meticulous cluster and berry selection.

Fermentation: Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for approximately 20–25 days, with regular pump-overs to extract color and flavor.

Aging: Aged for 6 to 12 months in oak — typically 60% in 225 L French barriques and 40% in larger 30 hL oak casks.

Bottle Aging: After barrel maturation, the wine spends ~3 months in bottle before release.
