The wine is made exclusively from a careful selection of the best clones of our Merlot that make every single vintage something very special. The unique, inimitable combination of factors such as the season, vine clone, soil, cultivation and vinification techniques transform the MERLOT ARS MAGNA into an intense tasting experience, a result of know-how and experience.

Deep ruby, high viscosity
Generous bouquet, matured fruit of black plums, fig and cherries, balsamic tones of leather, truffles and tobacco, smoked pimento, toast and cocoa
Full-bodied, velvety, lush tannin structure, persistent and complex finish with intense smoky, herbal as well as fruity aromas
Food Pairing: Aged cheeses and robust meat dishes

How It Was Made:
VINIFICATION:
in stainless steel tank and in Foeder (oak fermentation vat)
REFINEMENT:
in French barriques first passage for about 24 months and in stainless steel tank for 6 months afterwards
MATURATION:
in bottles for about 12 months
