100% Grenache from the historic Stonegarden vineyard in Eden Valley. Made with minimal intervention: hand-harvested, fermenting with indigenous yeasts, part whole‑bunch, part ceramic-egg vinification, aging in seasoned French oak, unfined and unfiltered.
Profile:
Aroma: Black cherry, raspberry pip, pencil shavings, pink peppercorn, salted licorice
Palate: Concentrated black fruit with graphite tannins, fennel seed spice, cocoa nibs, subtle cured meat notes
Finish: Long and mineral‑driven with fine-grained tannin persistence and lingering raspberry‑plum depth
