Appearance: Deep ruby with violet reflections, dense and richly colored.
Aroma: Complex nose of black cherry, plum, tobacco, cocoa, and hints of leather and spice.

Food Pairing: Excellent with grilled steak, braised short ribs, wild boar ragù, mature cheeses, or mushroom risotto.

How It Was Made:
Sourced from the single Bellovedere vineyard at 250–300m altitude, with old Montepulciano vines. Hand-harvested, fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel. Aged 18–24 months in large oak casks and additional time in bottle before release to ensure complexity and harmony.
