How It Was Made:
Hand-harvested Pinot Noir grapes are destemmed and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine undergoes gentle extraction, followed by aging in a combination of tank and older oak barrels for 6–9 months to preserve freshness and varietal character. Light filtration before bottling.
