Prohibition Moonlight Gin
Gin (Botanical) from South Australia
With the introduction of Prohibition in 1920, a shadowy underground industry sprang into existence. It’s aim? TO give the people what they wanted most. Gin was the liquor of choice. Produced by clandestine, bootleg spirit makers.
One hundred years later, their spirit lives on at the Prohibition Liquor Co, but while our small-batch craftsmanship may echo that of the bootleggers, our artisan philosophy and obsession with only the world’s finest botanicals result in an altogether more sophisticated and premium end result.
A nocturnal dance between the dark arts of flavour and the light of cuttingedge scientific production. Equal parts dark and light, reflecting the colour changes of the moon. It’s a pink gin for those unafraid to embrace their dark side.
Prohibition Liquor Co.’s Moonlight Gin is an homage to all things flourishing under the cover of darkness.A dance of flavour, florals and aromas, watch the colour-shift explode with luminescence when mixed.
This bootlegger’s bouquet combines cold distilled pink lady apple with native blood limes and rare red juniper. Black goji, clove and hibiscus tease the mid palate, sandalwood nut provides mouthfeel while honeybush gives length.
