Fresh, very fine and delicate, there are white fruits on the nose, as well as peaches, nectarines and exotic notes. It the mounth, the attack is vivid followed by sweetness. The dominating peach character is eased by a lemony flavour. Definitely a wine for food, perfect with wild Scottish smoked salmon or a duo of quail wrapped in vine leaves roasted in honey.
