The first new violet liqueur we've seen in years, like many of the other things from Giffard, is magnificent. The stunning, multi-hued electric color is impressive enough and the highly aromatic, naturally perfumed nature of the spirit is in excellent harmony with the balanced, not-too-sweet, not-too thick-palate. The refreshing acidity throughout carries the flavors into the long finish. This is a game changer of a product.
