How It Was Made:
The cuvée “Elegance” is made up of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. After five years of ageing on its lees, the Elegance is disgorged, topped up from magnums of older Champagne and finished with a dosage of 4.5g/L. No sulphite added.
