How It Was Made:
Organic and biodynamically farmed Chardonnay vines (aged 20–70 years) from 230–330 m in Margreid. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo spontaneous fermentation in French oak barriques and large wooden casks (approx. 30% new oak). The wine is aged on the full lees for about 11 months, then bottled and further matured for around a year before release
