It is probably the one that best represents the House Bonville’s style We want the cuvée Brut Grand Cru to be a standard of our production. It shows perfectly our idea of a Blanc de Blancs from the Côte des Blancs a lot of finesse and elegance, a beautiful  minerality enveloped by smoothness. The first white flower aromas come to wave and open on white peach and grapefruit notes The energy of this blending gives rhythm to the tasting The salty end resonates for a few seconds again. rn <br>

Aroma: lemon oil, almond, butter, spring flowers and crisp orchard fruits. rnPalate: medium to full-bodied palate, crystalline and lively texture and a slightly smoky, ethereal, long finish.

Dryness: Dry

How It Was Made:

Chardonnay from Avize and Oger; 2020 base vintage with 2019 reserves; disgorged September 2022; 8.3g/L dosage – all on back label; aged 18 months on lees; cork. All the wines go through malolactic fermentation, and apart from the barrel-aged Belles Voyes cuvée, all are made in stainless steel.
