Blend of three American whiskeys—two bourbons and one rye—each aged at least five (or six) years in new American oak, then married and finished for 6–12 months in heavily toasted/alligator-charred oak barrels, delivering a robust, toasted-vanilla-forward profile.
Profile:
Aroma: Maple, milled grain, light nuttiness, dried berries, vanilla custard, toasted oak.
Palate: Caramel, fried dough, dark cherry, Meyer lemon, dried apricot, vanilla bean, coconut with orange oil and cocoa overtones.
Finish: Warm butterscotch, dry oak, lingering baking spices and woody richness.
