The palate is elegant yet full with sufficient weight and texture which is balanced by the flinty minerality typical of the Seaview Vineyard. Profile:

Medium lemon. Abundant avors of snow pea, passionfruit, and blackcurrant leaf, with undertones of ripe tropical notes. The palate is generous and textured, with a distinctive mineral nish.

How It Was Made:

Winemaking: Grapes for this wine were harvested and eld destemmed. After gently pressing and removing solids, the clear juice was fermented with specially selected yeast to enhance the varietal character. A long cool fermentation followed to capture and enhance the pure aromatics. Post-fermentation, the wine was stabilized and ltered before bottling.

Terroir: This wine is a blend of optimal fruit from the coastal M, N and O blocks in Seaview Vineyards, each uniquely contributing to the expressive nature of the wine.
