Sartori winery is located in Negrar, north of Verona, among the hills of Valpolicella, just in the heart of classic production area. Luca and Paolo, representatives of the fourth generation, have managed, thanks to their dedication, to continously increase both quality and quantity of production. This are the outcomes reached thanks to a deep technological equipment innovation without forgetting the knowledge patrimony aquired by the company.
TASTING NOTES
Color: Straw yellow in colour with light-green hues.                                                                
Aroma: Delicate fruit bouquet, reminiscent of wild apples and acacia flowers.                                        
Palate: The palate is comprised of citrus, orange blossoms and stone fruits. Fresh citrus and floral notes linger on the finish.
